If we’re moving forward, the next likely step is to hop on a call with one of our recruiters. These are usually held on Zoom or phone, and you can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes chatting.
Your recruiter will give a general overview of the role and go a bit more in-depth on your experience and background, specifically as it relates to the role you applied for.
This is a great time to ask any general questions about the role, the team, and our company.
If our recruiter thinks your background could be a good fit, you’ll move forward to meet with the hiring manager. This will be a more in-depth conversation about your background and skillset to see if there is a mutually good fit.
This is a great time to ask more specific questions about the role and manager expectations.
If you’re applying for a technical role, you can expect this to be a part of your process. These are usually coding challenges designed to give you a sense of the work you’d be doing, and for us to see how you problem-solve.
The last stage in our process is a series of 1:1 Zoom interviews with a handful of other folks on the team with whom you'd be working. This varies from role to role, but typically we’ll have you meet with 3-5 team members. These are separate, stacked interviews—we don’t do panel interviews.
We try to get all of these scheduled on the same day, but if your schedule doesn’t allow for that, our recruiting operations team will work closely with you to coordinate a schedule that works for you.
